Webmail Login issues in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge - May 2020

Due to recent updates of Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge to version 83, some people using these browsers may be experiencing login issues with the WebClient.
To fix this issue, you will need to clear your browser cache.

Instructions to clear browser cache...

Chrome

  1. Select the Chrome menu (top right), choose History (or go to chrome://history/)
  2. Click on Clear Browsing Data;
  3. Ensure that Cached Images and Files is selected;
  4. Deselect any other items you do NOT wish to clear;
  5. Click on Clear Browsing Data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete;
  2. Select the Cached Data and Files check box (Deselect any other items you do NOT wish to clear);
  3. Press the Clear button.

    OR

  1. Select the menu (top right), and choose Settings.
  2. Then select Choose what to clear under the Clear browsing data.
  3. Select the Cached Data and Files check box (Deselect any other items you do NOT wish to clear);
  4. Press the Clear button.
